Food

All meals will be provided for you. We will be serving light and fresh meals to energize your body and spirit. A questionnaire will be sent to each participant addressing any dietary needs. A tentative menu will be sent out prior to our gathering. You are welcome to bring your own snacks. Full kitchen is available.

Breakfast - Coffee & Tea with fresh fruits, toast, eggs, oatmeal and fixins.

Lunch - Light buffet style lunch with fruit, veggies, salads, protein options and fixins

Dinner - Hot meal

Accommodations

Four bedrooms are available. One king, two queens, and a twin. Beds are assigned on a first come first serve basis. Please let us know in advance if you have any questions or issues with sleeping arrangements or any limitations with stairs.

Pillows, sheets, blankets, towels, and washcloth provided. Personal hygiene products are not included.

What is NOT included

  • Flight and transportation costs and fees

  • Visa fees

  • Travel insurance

  • Personal hygiene products such as shampoo, soap, razors, etc

Travel Insurance

Due to possible weather conditions and other unforeseeable events, we recommend that any guests that are acquiring airline tickets use the insurance feature in case a reschedule is necessary and any other travel insurance they deem necessary.

Cancellation Policy & Payment Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your registration

  • Remaining balance is due no later than 60 days from retreat start date

  • A full refund is available at least 60 days prior to retreat start date

  • If you need to cancel less than 60 days prior to the start date AND we are able to fill your spot, you will receive a full refund

  • Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need to make payment arrangements

What to bring

  • Comfortable Clothing for indoor activities

  • Appropriate footwear for a walk or light hike in the woods as well as any outerwear depending on the weather

  • Journal and Pen

  • Any other personal items such as food, medications, or comfort items

Program Schedule

There will be plenty of free time for you to reflect, process, & rest while the other participants are receiving their one-on-ones, healing sessions and massage. This is just an idea of how the retreat will look. The schedule will change and flow as the group needs.
